The integrated vision counting packing machine for O-rings adopts high-speed CCD industrial camera and self-developed AI recognition algorithm, realizing 99.99% counting accuracy for tiny silicone, FKM and rubber sealing rings ranging from 1mm to 50mm. It completes feeding, visual counting, automatic bagging, heat sealing and batch coding in one workflow, replacing traditional manual counting which suffers from high error rates and labor costs. Equipped with AI defect detection function, the machine can simultaneously identify deformed, cracked or mixed unqualified sealing rings during counting, combining packaging and quality inspection into a single station.
Compared with traditional weighing counting machines, Anxiang’s vision counting equipment eliminates counting deviations caused by inconsistent weight of rubber parts. The machine supports multi-material mixed packaging, flexible switching of packaging specifications, and data linkage with factory MES systems to realize full production traceability, perfectly matching Industry 4.0 intelligent factory demands widely adopted by Japanese manufacturers.
