Dongguan Anxiang Intelligent Packaging Equipment (DGAX) recently showcased our flagship vision counting packaging systems at the Tokyo Industrial Manufacturing Exhibition, presenting tailored automated packaging solutions to fastener, automotive hardware and plastic component manufacturers across Japan and Southeast Asia.

Our booth featured DGAX’s signature red-and-white branding, with AX-PACK series vision counting packaging machines and supporting inspection auxiliary equipment fully on display. Powered by high-precision CCD visual counting, servo feeding and integrated automatic heat-sealing technology, our equipment delivers fully automatic counting, bagging and sealing for tiny parts including screws, springs, plastic fasteners and small stampings. The all-in-one workflow caters perfectly to standardized packaging demands of hardware fastener plants, auto component suppliers and daily plastic parts manufacturers.

Throughout the exhibition, numerous local Japanese manufacturers and international procurement agents visited our booth to watch live machine demonstrations. Visitors focused heavily on counting accuracy, production line layout compatibility, film roll changeover ease and CE certification compliance. Our sales and engineering teams provided one-on-one technical consultations, explaining machine operation principles and custom layout plans tailored to each client’s factory footprint and throughput targets. Many buyers brought physical component samples to discuss bespoke automation upgrades, generating multiple high-value follow-up inquiries.
