Great Harvest at Tokyo Manufacturing Exhibition — Our Visual Counting & Packing Machines Gained Massive Intent Orders

The Tokyo International Manufacturing Exhibition has successfully come to an end. As a core comprehensive manufacturing event in Japan, the show gathered equipment suppliers from Japan, South Korea, China and other regions, covering precision machining, fastener production, factory automation, digital equipment maintenance and lean warehouse solutions. Separate exhibition zones for Korean enterprises, Chinese exhibitors and local Japanese brands were arranged onsite, attracting professional buyers from automotive hardware, construction fastener, custom precision component and automated logistics industries.

We showcased our flagship CCD visual automatic counting & packing machine at our booth during the 3-day exhibition. Live on-site demonstrations were carried out targeting mainstream workpieces widely used in Japanese factories, including tiny precision screws, nylon anti-loose coated bolts, plastic inserts, wall anchors and mixed hardware kits for production lines.

Equipped with non-contact feeding structure, our machine effectively avoids scratches on protective coatings and threaded surfaces of delicate fasteners, while high-definition visual recognition ensures zero counting errors. It supports dual production modes: bulk industrial pouches for mass delivery and mixed small component kits for Kanban lean warehouse pre-packaging, which perfectly fits Japanese manufacturers’ strict lean production standards.

Our team received 136 groups of purchasing managers and technical engineers from local Japanese manufacturers throughout the show. We completed 51 on-site workpiece test runs, secured intended orders for 35 sets of counting & packing machines, and reached preliminary cooperation agreements with 4 local Japanese equipment agents. Many long-established fastener enterprises commented that traditional manual sorting brings high labor costs, frequent counting mistakes and high defective rates caused by damaged coatings, and our automated packaging equipment can seamlessly connect with their ASRS and Kanban inventory systems to cut warehouse labor and reduce product waste significantly.

We collected first-hand market demands regarding Japanese standard hardware parts and customized bag specifications during communication with onsite visitors. After the exhibition, our sales and technical team will follow up all potential clients promptly, providing on-site sample testing and customized quotation solutions. We will keep optimizing our counting & packing equipment to serve East Asian fastener manufacturers and deliver stable, fully automatic packaging solutions for precision metal components.

Our CCD visual automatic counting and packing machines drew heavy interest from Japanese manufacturers specializing in automotive fasteners, construction anchors and custom precision metal parts.

The non-contact feeding design protects anti-loose coating from scratches, and dual-mode counting adapts to both bulk shipments and lean production line kits, solving core pain points of local factories.

We secured 35 letters of intent for our machines and established cooperation talks with 4 local Japanese agents. All leads will be followed up closely for customized testing and quotation.
