           Shanghai, China – April 21–24, 2026 — Dongguan Anxiang Intelligent Packaging (AX-PACK) wrapped up a highly successful run at CHINAPLAS 2026, the 38th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The show confirmed AX-PACK’s position as a go-to provider of smart counting and packaging solutions for the plastics, rubber, and metal sectors.      With two booths on-site, AX-PACK drew non-stop traffic from domestic and international buyers. After finshing counting, products drop into package machine directly. It's more convenient to save time and save space. This machine is more suitable for plastic,fastener,special shape-parts.   Most of them are interested in our machine. They are always concerned about the accuracy of counting method. Some even counting more 50pcs in each bag. Our machine counts from images then system calculates the quantity, so that the accuracy can be up to 0.03%.     The Visual Inspection Machine is an automated system used to detect defects, measure dimensions, and verify quality for hardware parts. Its principle is based on image acquisition, processing, and analysis to make OK/NG decisions. Good samples would comes to "OK" belt and connect with Packing machine directly. Samples not pass would comes out to "NG" belt remove directly.
